Founded by Peter and his son Luke Geelan, a highly regarded entrepreneurial family with a legacy in the equipment hire sector, the Group has grown into a diversified investment vehicle with interests spanning property development, land banking, pastoral operations, and strategic business partnerships.

Who are we?
Geelan Property Group is a family-owned investment and development business with a long-term focus. Founder Luke Geelan previously built a successful national equipment hire company before turning to property and asset management. His father, Peter Geelan, helped shape Australia’s hire industry, building a respected business through hard work and commitment. General Manager Tobias Dyer-Smith oversees daily operations and investment activity, bringing years of experience in development. The group is supported by a small, dedicated team and trusted long-term partners.
